• Conduct field audits on meter installations, disconnections, and reconnections.
• Detect and investigate meter bypass, energy theft, and irregularities.
• Verify field staff compliance with operational procedures.
• Perform surprise checks and spot audits across service locations.
• Reconcile field activities with system records (e.g., meters installed vs. recorded).
• Prepare field audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with Revenue Protection Department (RPD) on investigations.
• Monitor third-party contractors and vendors in field operations.
Requirements
Key Skills & Requirements
• Degree/HND in Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electricity distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Investigative and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Integrity and firmness in enforcement.
